Prototype section - This is something design and
made by ourselves. Some are approved samples, some
we made for our own pleasure. Here is a chance to
have a unique piece of masterpiece from us -
especially those hand wired by us. They all come
with spec, which differs to DIY and all come with
life time warranty on labour (we don't make the
parts!) We believe nothing will go wrong on proper
uses.

Comment - We have used this to compare with many
other flagship designs from other manufactures,
including preamps with 6 X 6922 per side to
those with DHT tube such as 2A3. This stood up very well, or

in a set of 4 Mullards to start it off on the mellow
side, and even before the tubes warmed up, I knew I
had a winning combination with the 2A3 SET - the
most natural and most musical imaging I've ever
heard in my system. I've gone through
Joule-Electra, First Sound, VAC, Quad, Audio
Research, Wavelength 300b, Wavac MD-811 integrated,
and Thor 30 watt monos, and none of them produced
emotionally-engaging music the way your amp and
linestage do - jazz, classical, you name it.
The Audio Note speakers turn out to be a great
match, as well - since I'm not a bass freak - and
they seem to be an easy load for the amp."

Comment - The transformers alone cost
us easily over $1000. This is a very good tube
we like (because this is a very new tube, the
efficiency, linearity and spec make this easily one of the
top choice for output, most other output tubes
in your head are pre-war tubes and alot of them
are actually unlike both 2A3/7591, which are
designed to use as hifi / audio purpose), but
sadly most people have already forgotten or
don't know about this tube. Very compact (but
very heavy and explosive) little stereo
amplifier.

Comment - To any standard world wide, this is
what we call a good and an appropriate 2A3

still on my first day with your amp but I already
can certain this is one of the BEST SET amp ever
made! Sun, Cary, Yamamoto, Audio Note, KR, you name
it - believe me, I just gone thru lots of them! Now
there is a problem as I just can't go back to 300B
amps now... the 2A3 sound signature is just too
charming where I never heard one 300B amp sounded
the same - that transparency and open up treble, as
well the SPEED seems to response faster. This is
also one of the most quietest amp on my Klipsch and
Altec horns indeed. The KR/AN failed by large here
nor have the refinement of your amp. It actually
have more go than a few of the lower end 300B amps I
came across. This will be a piece of audio history!"

This is the
best tube amp I ever heard and own over the last 30
years or so, and is my last pair! I went to the
yearly HIFI show earlier this year here in Montreal,
other than one Nagra amp (there were two Nagras) is
on par with this 2A3GT, the rest are totally way
behind. I seriously think your amps is better than
most of the amps on display and some more expensive 845/211 amps
at the show! And to my surprise, these amps are so
quiet than I thought, this is running AC no?!, my
speakers are 96 dbs! Some amps out there running DC
still have hums that irritate my ears or destroy my
mood in listening music! especially
quiet passage and unfortunately that's the reason
why I can't live with them. This is operating
absolutely noiseless and cool unlike many large name
amps I had previously. All overrated with false
marketing review!
Looking
forward to see more new amps from you guys! and I
really appreciate the advise on the GZ32s! a few
GZ34/5AR4 I tried in comparison are just too fast
and too furious (HIFI sounding), which lack the
quality of musicality and the emotion sincerity. To my
surprise the bass weren't any weaker with the power
drop, and in fact the bass now is even better with
more weight and body! This is just phenomenon! absolutely
an Tour de Force
act. "

"Well, I
have to report back. I have listened for only one
day and I am hear
to tell you that I am VERY PLEASED with what I am
hearing. I put in about a
6 hour listening session and could hear the amps open up little by little
even during that short a period.
I did roll in some RCA black glass 6sn7's which
REALLY improved the
soundstage and focus. You are right about the GZ32's
I tried the 5u4's and
the noise floor rose noticeably. I expected the
sound to be tipped up because
of the Polly coupling caps but that wasn't the case
at all. I still think
they are a bit constricting but nothing like I
expected."
